3. Payment Terms

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Web Development:
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • Cancellation after development starts requires payment for work completed.
  • Online Courses:
    • 7-day refund period (if no >20% content consumed).
    • No refunds for discounted/bundled courses.

6. Student/Clients Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details/course prerequisites.
  • Do not share login credentials or course materials.
  • WordPress clients must maintain backups (we’re not liable for data loss).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability = total fees paid for the service/course.
  • Not liable for:
    • Third-party plugins/themes (WordPress).
    • Student’s failure to implement course teachings.
    • Acts of God/hosting outages.

8. Dispute Resolution

  1. Informal negotiation (30 days).
  2. Mediation in United Kingdom laws..
  3. Binding arbitration (split costs).

9. Termination

We may terminate access for:

  • Payment defaults.
  • Abuse/harassment.
  • Course/content piracy.
